The 2M methodology is a systematic and scientific approach based on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and an integrated management system. It can be utilized by students, teachers, parents, educational institutions, industries and Government institutions to achieve their desired goals. This methodology is simple to understand and easy to implement for individuals regardless of their socioeconomic status or geographical location. The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Industrial and Marketing Management. He is a certified facilitator for Quality & Cost Improvement project from Qimpro College, Mumbai. He has more than 30 years of experience in Corporate Management as well as expertise in implementing the Total Quality Management system in Education and Business fields. He is responsible for overall management of the Company. He is instrumental in leading the core team and making day-to-day strategic decisions for the Company.
The Director of the Company, holds a Doctorate degree from Poona University and has more than three decades of experience in corporate R&D and academic research in the USA. He carried out state-of the-art research in universities in Japan and USA. Dr. Gaonkar has authored over 60 technical articles in reputed international journals, had been an inventor/co-inventor on 40+ granted patents, and edited and co-edited many books on processing industry. He is a chief mentor, facilitator, and has been instrumental in taking major policy decisions of the Company.
The Director of the Company, holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, USA and in Endocrinology from Mumbai University, India. She has 25 years of experience in the USA as a Project Lead and Manager in one of the leading research centers. She possesses a high technical proficiency and was a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is playing a vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same.
